Kriya Hatha Yoga is a traditional practice that combines physical, energetic, and mental purification. Through a combination of physical exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation, it prepares the body for inner stillness. While classical Hatha Yoga strengthens the physical body through flexibility and strength, Kriya Yoga goes a step further by working directly with life energy, known as prana.

The roots of this teaching go back to the great yoga masters of India, especially Babaji, who passed on the techniques of Kriya Yoga through a clear lineage. This tradition is based on the eight limbs of yoga described by Patanjali, which outline the path to inner harmony and spiritual growth. Through conscious breath control, concentration, and inner absorption, the flow of energy in the body is guided. The aim is to align body and mind so they can serve as a vessel for deeper spiritual experiences. Kriya Hatha Yoga thus acts as a bridge between the physical discipline of Hatha Yoga and the more advanced techniques of Kriya Yoga, where breath, energy, and awareness come together in harmony.

Kriya Hatha Yoga works holistically on body, mind, and spirit, creating a deep inner balance. By combining physical practice, conscious breathing, and meditation, it not only strengthens physical health but also promotes mental clarity and emotional stability. The conscious direction of energy can help reduce stress and harmonize the nervous system. At the same time, the practice enhances concentration and the ability to experience the present moment more consciously.

A central element of this practice is the rejuvenation of body and mind. The combination of mindful movement and breathing techniques supports cellular regeneration and strengthens the entire energy system. Many participants report an increased sense of well-being, improved body awareness, and a new lightness in everyday life. Those who engage with this experience can develop a deeper connection to themselves and learn to use their own energy consciously for inner balance and lasting transformation. Kriya Hatha Yoga is far more than a physical discipline—it is a method of self-development that helps you experience inner freedom and realize your full potential.
